Welcome to my Crufts 2005 Exhibition

I am Enric Franken and have been a passionate photographer since the early 80s. During the last few years dogs have become my favourite subject. I have to thank our five dogs for that. Ernie and Gizmo are 14 months old Shih Tzus, Simba a 3 years old Cairn Terrier bitch, Solomon an almost 3 years old Labrador Cross and last but not least Sweep our 13 years old Heinz 57.

During the four days of Crufts 2005 I had the opportunity to take more than 1.700 photos. After my return I published the majority of those in my Crufts 2005 Exhibition Gallery.

When entering the exhibition you will see at first thumbnails of all photos in sets of 20. The number of photos will be overwhelming and it would take a considerable amount of time to find your photos of interest. To find your way around quickly I have created categories of photos. In the top right corner you can choose to look at for example all agility photos or even certain events within the agility category (The name of each event with the starting time has been copied from the Official Show Guide). To see an enlarged photo please click on any thumbnail.

I hope you enjoy my photography.

If you have any questions or are interested in high quality prints please E-mail me on enric@franken.co.uk stating the 4 digit number(s) within the brackets of each individual photo for available print sizes and prices.

All photos were taken in RAW file mode and are so far not post-processed to save time. The file sizes are deliberately kept small for viewers with slow internet connections. Any required files will be processed with Camera Raw which is part of Adobe Photoshop CS and uploaded lossless to one of the leading digital printing labs.

Solomon Starts His Agility Career
[2005-08-24 10:00:00]

After many months of training Solomon will enter his first agility competition in September 2005. Whether successful or not we all look forward to a busy schedule in 2006 when our little Shih Tzu babies (still too young at the moment) can compete as well.

I will always use the competitions to take as many action shots as possible and will publish them on my other website Franken-Photography.com
